If you are an auto body guy you might want to check this program out. Step by step auto body and paint course goes in dept. It claims you can learn how to spray paint a car in 2 hours. Well that may be true for some,  I think if you're a beginner you'd be well on your way you doing auto body work with these courses.

You can probably save some time and money learning this trade  but, to become a professional you will need practice. This course teaches you dent removal which is a high skill to have in the auto body industry.

I think this program is a good program even if you are a professional at Body Work. If you're just starting out I would recommend starting with this program. Some of the simplest things step by step showing how you should do Body Work. Goes into detail from stripping the car when you get it all the way up to finishing the paint job.

Shows you how to polish not only the car but Wheels also. Bumper to Bumper detailed instruction on how to do auto body. I don't know much about body work but I believe that this course can help everyone in One Way or Another. I really don't believe that you could start doing body work in under 2 hours from start to finish but I believe that you might have a good start after getting the training in these videos.

Being realistic I believe within a couple days watching these videos you should have a good grasp on what you're doing and be able to get a good start and be well on your way to doing auto body work.
